Hatha Yoga


Sharon's yoga class is one of my favourite hours of the week. Sharon structures each class differently so its always interesting and there's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. No matter how stressed I might be when I arrive, I'm always relaxed and calm when I leave.

As a guy it can be difficult to join a yoga class where it is usually predominately all ladies. Sharon made me feel welcome, as did all her class attendees. I decided to start learning yoga for various reasons, and Sharon's class has helped me greatly as well as being extremely enjoyable.

Pregnancy Yoga


I can't recommend this yoga class enough and Sharon as an instructor. I went to these classes throughout both of my pregnancies and can definitely say they helped me to relax and de-stress as well as practice breathing and postures for labour. I did use a lot of the techniques that we learned in the class during my labour and I feel it allowed me to labour at home for longer and remain active for longer. The other added bonus is you meet other ladies at the same stage of pregnancy and even 5 years on from my first child we still keep in touch.....absolutely fab!

I believe that your classes really made a difference to both my pregnancies. My second birth was quick, I had a water birth with just gas and air and lots of yoga breathing. Thank you for the classes again, I swear they have made both my birth experiences so positive.

Mum and Baby


Having a happy and fit pregnancy after attending the pregnancy yoga, I now enjoy the mum and baby class with my son. We always feel happy and calm after the class. I am thankful for these classes and recommend for all babies and mums.
